Retail Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing merchandising, operations, customer service, and human resources in a high-traffic retail environment. Develop innovative strategies to boost sales and enhance store performance. Recruit, train, manage, and mentor a team of associates. Supervise and enforce loss prevention and operational policies. Ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience. Oversee daily operations across the sales floor, stockroom, front end, and cash office.

Qualification:

• You! Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
• Excellent interpersonal
• Strong communication, and follow through skills Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
