Responsibilities of Billing Clerk:

• As the face of the property, your primary challenge as a receptionist is to greet incoming guests enthusiastically, register them efficiently, and make a first impression that fosters a positive relationship throughout their stay
• Completes the formalities for guests checking out of the hotel
• Resolving guest issues encountered during their accommodation at a hotel
• Upgrading guests by promoting hotel services and facilities while providing efficient registration process, including issuing electronic keys and selecting the right rooms
• Creates and administers marketing programs targeting new guests and assists them upon their arrival
• Our comprehensive welcome packet contains everything our guests need to get settled in, including room keys and special gifts to show our gratitude

Qualification of Billing Clerk:

• Completed high school certificate or equivalent
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
