CDL Driver

Job Summary of CDL Driver:

Executes shuttle functions with a non-articulated vehicle, which consists of loading and unloading aircraft and vehicles and arranging packages. Completes any supplementary assignments provided.

Minimum Education of CDL Driver:

High school diploma/GED.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of CDL Driver:

• Skillful in satisfactorily completing all basic and recurrent education.
• Displaying adeptness in managing, lifting, and carrying packages weighing over 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or help from a co-worker.
• Skilled at handling both electric and manual equipment adeptly. Criteria mentioned under section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations must be fulfilled. Proficient at communicating verbally in a loud and fast-paced industrial setting.

Job Conditions of CDL Driver:

You must have a medical test as per FHWA or FAA laws. This position does not fall under the safety-sensitive job classification. The employee must work in a safe and alert manner. Additionally, it is mandatory for the person to have a license for the type of equipment being operated.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
